Gold Food Bean paste soup♥

Today, I want to talk about my favorite food and the food, which I can cook.
I have a great confidence in cooking soybean-paste pot stew
For recipe, you have to dissole soy bean paste in stock made by stewing anchovies, and put seafood, to-fu and vegetable in there
It seems like easy to make, but you have to season it and it is hard to make it tastes refreshing.



★Today's menu : Bean Paste soup with bean curd

*intoruce : Bean paste soup with bean curd (of which we call as Doenjang Tchigye) is a (typical Korean styled )soup which is prepaired by adding disolved bean paste over the meat or vegetables and boil them.
And it is a very aboriginal food of which is favored by the most average people of Korea.
Bean paste soup can be boilled fast and can eliminate the possibility of shrinkage and is advisable to boil them in a pot called "Tdukbegi" which will prevent to cool off so quickly.

*recipe :

Two tablespoon full of bean paste called Doenjang. 1/3 of bean curd. a small amount of considerably large anchovies, 1/5 of squash, a half of onion, (small amount of) hot pepper powder.

1.Cut off squash, onion and bean curd into suitable sizes.

2.Pour a 1/4 cup of water in a pot and start to boil them.

3.When the water starts to boil, add prepared anchovies, squash, onion in them and fry them slightly.

4.Then, add around three more cups of water in them and boil them again.

5.When it starts to boil, add one teaspoon full of hot peper powder and boil them one more time.

6.Serve it with boilled rice and other sidedishes (while it is still hot.).

Fast food in these days are only a little part of the world of taste. Food is important to live. Not just wanting the fast food's 'short' taste, we should think about finding the deep taste of slow food. Have a great time~♥
