I was connect to the Internet to get useful information. And I found the tomato diet.

Tomato has a slightly tart and a uniquely clean taste. It has wide uses and it can be bought easily.
Here is a diet method using tomato. Tomato becomes the main source of your diet, so you start by eating mostly tomatoes along with some side dishes.
The intake of other dishes would be reduced since you'd be consuming mostly tomatoes.
This way, you can lower the caloric intake without feeling hunger.
This may be one of the most effective methods because you can have much needed vitamins and minerals all through tomatoes.

★How to Start the Tomato Diet
1. Three Day One-Food Course: You only tomatoes for three days, and amount of tomatoes does not matter.
2. Tomato only for breakfast: Eat one and a half of tomato for breakfast and then eat regular meals for lunch and dinner.
3. One tomato per meal course: Eat one tomato before a meal.
